I'm always careful with new supplements in drink form. Especially if they claim to be "flavorless".This is genuinely ZERO flavor. I tried it in a glass of plain water first, figuring if it tasted bad I could just chug it. But this honestly just tasted like water. It dissolved like there was nothing either. No powder or grit at all!Since then I've been putting it in my morning electrolytes & evening magnesium. I've heard Inositol is good from driving creatine into muscles, so I'm starting to add it with that in my pre-workout too. At almost 50, you can't be too careful when it comes to muscle maintenance.

I have been wanting to try this supplement. Iike that this brand has no other additives. I read labels on what goes in or on my body and try to limit ingredients that can have an adverse reaction on me. This powder is very fine so it doesnt take much to mix in with whatever you are drinking! it is also actually flavorless so you can do a cup of water and not worry about any weird tastes. There is no smell when i peeled the seal back which is nice as well. I feel the price of this item is very affordable and fair. I have been taking it and honestly don't notice big differences but i think this is one of those items that would take probably a few months to see big differences with. I plan to keep using it till it is done and maybe even get another to see how it goes after a couple months!
