Great Sauces for Folks on a Diet
We started out using this brand because it is gluten free. The extra benefit is low carb and great taste.

I am using this as a part of my diet program. I would say that the Balsomic Vinaigrette probably has the most flavor. I would say the others serve a purpose for having something to put on your salad if not allowed other alternatives, but not my preferences if all things available.

Trying to cut down on sugar; these are great!!
I love sauces and use a lot of BBQ sauce. Favorite has been Montgomery Inn from Cincinnati. Now I am trying to cut back on sugar, and these were recommended. I am really happy with them!! Very good flavor, and just enough sweetness to keep me happy. I am paying attention to portion size, and I am surprised that the portion is fine.Great job to another small business owner!!

Terrible
I was really looking forward to trying these since the ingredients are clean. These were a huge disappointment. They’re very sweet and taste nothing like BBQ sauce. Total waste of $25 they went in the trash.

Perfect for Keto
I've been using Simple Girl sugar free BBQ sauces for years and can't imagine using any other BBQ sauce. Although the sauces aren't thick like a traditional bbq sauce, they pack a punch with flavor! I don't feel deprived of sweetness. They're all good!

Perfect for dieting!
Yes!! I love these BBQ sauces so much. My favorite is the Southern Blend but they are all delicious. They are a bit thin and not exactly like traditional, sugar-filled BBQ sauce, but the flavors are amazing and I appreciate the wonderful ingredients. Most BBQ sauces have tons of added carbohydrate thickeners, sugars, and vegetable oils. This one has NONE of those. Much appreciated. Also, their customer service is stellar. Definitely will be purchasing again.
