I bought these because many diet communities on the internet would talk about how good these were, I was very curious but they aren’t very accessible in my country.It arrived earlier than expected, but I’m just gonna say the taste was not it for me. Maybe I’m way too used to Japanese food, but these taste way too artificial in my opinion and leave a yucky aftertaste in my mouth. (And yes, they taste bad microwaved too)My honest opinions? At least they will keep me hydrated, because I take a big sip of water between every bite, and they work as a very effective appetite suppressant.
