How's the replay value?

I played around 20 times now, not tired of it at all. The cards you draft each game are going to be different so as your strategy.

I bought the game from here and it is not shrink-wrapped. Did I receive a used copy?

I don't remember mine being shrink-wrapped on the outside but I do seem to remember there was plastic around the cards. Did you check if you received all of the jewels/cards/coins? Should contain 1 Rules Insert 5 Caravan Cards 53 Crystal Cards (10 Starting Cards, 43 Additional Cards) 36 Crystal Golem Cards 35 Yellow Crystals 30 Green Crystals 20 Blue Crystals 20 Pink Crystals 4 White Plastic Crystal Bowls 20 Metal Coins (10 Silver, 10 Copper)

is the game in english only???

Probably the paper that the instructions are on, yes. HOWEVER! There is no text on the cards themselves, other than the numbers indicating a Golem's value. So I would say for the time being, find out how to play via internet in whatever language you choose and just play the game. A large portion of the instructions are visual indicators with arrows pointing to the direction of play. If one person learns the 5 step mechanics, in my opinion, it can be taught to anyone regardless of language barrier.
