Like wheat flakes all stuck together in a small rectangle. Goes soft when you add milk. Normally just try and eat it with a spoon before it goes completely soft. Tastes best still a little hard with milk. Not sweet. Good traditional Australian breakfast food.

Essential breakfast food

Despite being born and raised in Australia, I never ate Weet-Bix, or any cereal for that matter, preferring my Japanese mother’s cooking instead. The cereal arrived five days early without visible wear and tear, despite crossing the ocean to get here. I combined two slices of Weet-Bix with a cup of milk and a sliced banana in a bowl, ate a spoonful, and loved it. It’s scrumptious! I’m addicted to Weet-Bix and now have it for breakfast every single day of the week.
