I've tried them all and this is the best. I use 2 almost full tablespoons in a glass of very cold water. If I use less doesn't work as well

Amazing stuff
Turned 60 and my gut started to experience issues. I was always regular but started getting stomach aches, gas and an overall tough time digesting food ( cheese and proteins mostly)Friend recommended this and it is a game changer. Literally after two days my stomach issues have been resolved. Tastes great , works and not only makes you regular it makes your stomach feel "lighter". I use multiple supplements , none have a more measurable impact than this .
