With a patented two-step boot lever and expandable four-wheel FOILKUT system foil cutter, this Franmara Boomerang 2-step waiter corkscrew with handle makes opening wine bottles quick and easy. Perfect for restaurants, wineries and catered events. Start with the FOILKUT System Foil Cutter. Place it on the neck of the bottle and cut the foil with two good turns. Remove foil cutter from bottle, fold cutter and remove foil from bottle. Now you are ready to open the bottle. Insert the nickel plated spiral worm into the cork. This open spiral worm features a fillet that cuts into the cork faster than traditional worms. Turn the handle to push the worm into the cork and let about 1/2 turn. Attach the stainless steel boot lever to the rim of the bottle and gently extracts approximately 7/8" of cork. When the boot lever is pressed, the second boot lever pulls out the rest of the cork straight. This corkscrew's patented 2-step boot lever is extremely efficient for extracting cork thanks to its spring-loaded floating shaft. The crescent-shaped cutout on the handle keeps the floating axis upright, reducing stress, and the boot lever clings to the cork during extraction.
