I have sensitive skin. Can I use this?

Yes, our formula is free from parabens, phthalates, and sulfates like SLS, as they can dehydrate skin and imbalance pH. We use gentle cleansing agents that foam without disturbing the skin barrier.

Does this work on acne-prone skin?

Yes, this cleanser is ideal for oily and/or acne-prone skin. Salicylic acid and green tea unclog pores and reduce sebum production, while licorice root and niacinamide fade dark spots and brighten skin. Added aloe vera soothes active breakouts, too.

I received this product and it has a ‘lot number’ on the packaging. Is this the expiry date?

No, the LOT number is a reference to the unique batch of your product unit used internally. It isn’t an expiry date. For expiry information refer to the jar symbol on the box which states how long we recommend using the product after you’ve opened it
